You have submitted your form quite late and we have closed the booking earlier due to good response. Your name is now under the waiting list and you will need to wait and see. Chances is extremely slim.

For all that has been contacted by A'Famosa for payment, you should be by now receive phone call or email (your email used while filling in the booking form) informing you your reservation number. Those who have made payment via fund deposit to bank account, please bring along the original copy of the deposit slip to show to the front desk staff while checking in.
The standard check in time is 4:00pm on July 24, 2004 but you can go there earlier as you may be allowed to check in early if the room is available.
Event of the day will be announced later by the committee member.

hi Mr Khoo,
i've already gave a'farmosa people my credit card details and i have a confirm booking. however, i might not be able to make it on that day. is it possible to cancel my reservation now? i dont want to hold on to the room till the last minute as i am sure there are other members who would like to go.
please let me know if i should call a'farmosa directly

i just wanna know what time is the check out time as i think the check in time is a bit late and by the time everything is done its time for dinner and then the next day we r checking out around 12 if im not mistaken...wont it be a bit too rush? Lots of love to my beloved Ritchieboy who has left us on Jan 11 2004..May god bless him

i already make the payment through C.card to A'Famosa. By the way they still not giving me the confirmation of the room no. ! My C.card statement had already charging by them! Wat can i do? IS i need to call them? or wait?

hi admin,
i've spoken to a'farmosa personnel regarding cancelation. they said i cant get a refund since i've paid for it, but i i can transfer the room to someone else.
anyway, just want to check with you if its ok for me to put a post in the forum asking anyone whois interested to contact me, or should priority be given to those on your waiting list. please advice!
i am having the family studio..as for the payment method, i'll discuss with the interested party myself to either bank in my acc, or cash

Hi Chris,
No the event WILL NOT be postpone at all. FYI, in the event that you are require to check-in later, you can then choose the leave your luggage with the hotel or in your car and then you can attend the following event in the schedule as follows.
There is plenty of time after the event at 6pm for you to do whatever necessary.

We have arranged for the events at the Cowboy Town to end at 6:00pm as the Cowboy Town expected to be busy and congested with a lot of visitors of all races after 6:00pm. Having dogs there may be inconvenience to others. The free entrane for Puppycom Members is only valid for morning to 6:00pm in the evening.
Other information as below :-
Breakfast : Golfer Terrace, Club House (Buffet)
Lunch : Huang Ti Restaurant (cowboy Town) or Golfer Terrace (Club House. After 12:00 Noon
Dinner : Huang Ti Restaurant (cowboy Town) or Steak House (Cowboy Town), International Buffet (Cowboy Town) or Golfer Terrace (Club House - Buffet)
