I live in Melbourne, but my huskies live in my family home in KL. At Taman Desa.

Don't think I want to sell the puppies now they are more than 2 years old. They've been with us for too long....

Hi, don't anyone can see my huskies because it's at my backyard. I've got 2 mixed breed (that can bark) in front. I've got interesting dogs. One of my mixed breed dog is very protective over the other, so it will protect the other one from the huskies. So we don't mix them. I've got 3 female huskies and 1 male. I've got a website i did when they were pups ...it's at geocities.com/siberianhuskiesmalaysia

aiyah can't have anymore dogs. Can't have it in Melbourne cause I live in the townhouse without a garden and my carpet is cream...hard to maintain. Enough in KL as well....as u can imagine Wink

I used to bring my male one for MKA training...and at that time everyone was saying 'Snow dogs'.

surprise surprise that you've seen my website. Don't go back to Malaysia too often maybe yearly. Wah your uncle's house in Taman Desa must be huge considering it's four story. My house is has land but not too big.

I think my Husky that went for training is not obedient anymore....hehe... He's normally ok during training, but back to himself at home. So now that I'm away, I don't think he remembers anything. Very stubborn dog, but very gentle.

they had a rot then.. it was many years ago since i last went there...

how come after the training he is less obedient ? so weird leh ...

my dog is stubborn but not naughty luckily. Haven't really taken him for walks to practice heeling and things like that...just let him run in the back yard.

i have a husky too =).. iz a puppy 5 months old and his name is skeemo.. and i taught him to sit and shake hand too.. and he wont listen to me if i take him outside.. samething as ur dog.. but i wanna know how u taught him to howl? lolz

oh he howls when he greets us in the morning...
or when u're out for the whole day and he misses u then he howls...
so when he howls i just say howl... and when he does it i praise him....

yea but he will only listen sometimes ... ah u know them ;D

Hi everyone, nice to meet u all...

I just get my husky recently, it's just a 2 months baby.... a very cool male husky.

This is the 1st time i get a husky, don't know whether it easy to handle or not if compare with other dogs. I do hv one GR, one boxer and Shih tzu...

He seen very cool and wandering around, wonder it can train pee and poo at certain place like others do.

Anyone has experiences to train husky pls share with me.

husky are a bit stubborn so u need a bit more patient to train them..
maybe u should get a training book.. they help a lot...
huskies tend to listen only if they feel its worth it..
so you really gotta make them feel its worth it...
always reward them after they do what you want =)

use simple commands... and not long or many words else they get confuse..
well just some tips =D

hi, do u mind sharing with me about taking care a husky? I believe u can help me as u got so many huskies at home....

My husky call Max is sick now, he is just 2 months old. He having flu, cough and diarrhoa...

Do ur husky ever sick? He is recovering now, flu and diarrhoa is cure.... and cough is little only. The main problem is he no much appetide and very tired.... keep sleeping when i feeding him (before he refuse to sleep, and almost 2 days didn't sleep at all)...

I am worrying whether this sign is recovering even diarrhoa and flu is over, coz he used to be a very active and love eating very much, now i need to force him eat with injection just afraid he hungry and no energy to fight with illness.

This is the 1st time i own husky, is husky really hard to take care compare with other dogs?
Anyone has experiences taking care a SICK husky, please share with me, it's really appreaciate for your kindness....

hello,

Husky are pretty dogs and i suppose there are dogs as well so treating them in a different way is not necessary, you said u have a few other dogs and i suppose u should know how to take care of your new puppy. well just keep in mind that husky need to stay in cool area not necessary an air-cond area..just cool is enough. they should eat a lot. if your puppy is not eating well, try engouraging him to eat by adding some canned dog food in his kibbles. this should boost his appetite. Seeking help from a trustable vet is the best way if you need immediate aid fro you dog. well good luck

Hi, thanks for your msg. I put my husky under vet supervising now as his condition sometimes good sometimes bad. That's a vet just nearby my office so i able to visit him frequently.

Don't know y.... when i keep him with him he just refused to eat and need me to inject the food into his mouth, but this morning i visited him in vet, they told me he eating by himself and look fine....

Husky is a very cool dog.... compare with my other dogs but most important is he has successfully paper trained.

I owned a shih tzu too... she just 7 months old but very poor that also been infected by my new husky.... but believe that she will be fine.

Is beagle very noisy and hard to handle? my friend loves this dog very much.

Hi Carmen, Fiona here... Hubby said fur is a killer plus no money for air conditional for him all the time. I told him no need already... I know any dogs will put a smile but yet just hopefully able to get my d ream dog....
Oh yeah I have 4 Cocker Spaniel... Thiswas why because hubby sick of fur flying around already... I know I do too but well use to it already.... Keep in touch..
