oh you have seen rex? you went to visit cheryl? aahhhhh......sooooo niceeeeeeeee.......is that the pix of rex looking through the window?? eeee....i want so bad lah.....21 months old husky...anyone bought her d?? yep..these are call irresponbile breeders...they breed their dogs regardless of the dog's genetic background, health background and whether or not the dogs conform to the standard....they breed sole for MONEY!!!! never never get pups from this kind of breeders....i'd rather you spend some more time looking for another breeder than taking an unhealthy pup home sooner... well i am still planning to go down to kl...so you keep the postcards first...i'll let you know... oh and thank you thank you!!!! =) hahahaa....seems like you and i are still hanging on the "old times".....ehhehehehe.... hahahahha........can imagine lah.....you scream at the top of your lungs and your dad rush in to see what happened and then saw a tiny lizard....ehehehehe..... yep...it's expensive to fly the dogs back....quarantine about a week gua....coz i read in the forum that there's this guy/gal (i forgot d) she brought back her shih tzu and only quarantine for 6 days...coz she kept calling and ask how her dog's doing, did they take her out to walk/poo/pee...and the ppl there got annoyed and released her dog a day earlier....ahhahahah....

Hi, can I ask some questions about SH please? I just saw a SH puppy at a pet shop in SS2 and it was beautiful with grey tinged white fur and blue eyes. Do they have any problem in our hot weather? and do you have to air-con them? Do they have a tame temperament despite their wolf looks? What kind of exercise do they require as pets which dont have sledges to pull through the snow? Do you think a SH can live with my existing 2 Beagles? Thanks and best regards,J

yeah those large pet shop here open like 10 to 10 mar coz in shopping complex... but can say quite low pay and very tiring... but i guess i dun mind lor ehehhee

well my husky doesnt have any prob with the weather lor..... but my backyard does have lots of trees and shade.... no direct sun light on them its been 7 years now and he's still healthy lor dun need air cond but if got better for them
my husky is really really tame but if theres food... i mean like u throw it inbetween him and another dog he might bite the other dog.... toys also lor..... for that matter they wanna own it.... but other than that ok.....
but maybe its becoz i never trained him on that area... like i did train him from puppy... i often put my hands into his bowl and take his food while he's eatting so he wont bite now if u take his food (well thats me only i dun dare let other ppl try la.. but he seems tame even with other ppl there... but dogs.... different story.....)
but if from puppy he will be able to get along with them lor =D other wise i dont really know....... maybe bring him exercise... ehhe if u got garden he will exercise himself dun need to worry.... he used to carry pails of water here and there .......
If the pups are locally born, then they should not have a problem. But if it's imported,it might hv a slight problem adapting to the weather.Most do well after a while though.
As for their temperament, they are one of the worse watch dogs there are. LOL. But they do pretty alright in obedience with the right training methods applied.
For exercise, they can do alright with just jogging,walking or playing like the average pet. But they are more active with more energy than an average dog.

i bought mine... from the newspaper actually.. this person brought it over from tasmania...
and nope so far i dont know of any SH breeder... but huskies now adays are being sold more often already... just few months ago they had a pet espo and they were selling..
i also heard SS2 shops had sold a pup.. and there is one selling near by my house at subang.. but its quite old and a little sick i would not advice on that...
ikano will be bringing in new husky pups soon... but i do not know when =)
huskies cost about rm3000 to rm4000.. havent seen one more than 4000 and less than 3000...
but i bought mine for 2500... then again my rex is already 7 years old
I'm new to this forum, but all your conversations about Siberian Huskies made me wanna chip in. Just a background about myself. My family bought 2 female huskies from Melbourne, Australia 4 years ago. 2 years ago, we had 6 pups from 2 litters. The puppies' father is a Malaysian champ belonging to my uncle in Penang. He was also imported from Australia by ourselves. I still have the 2 mothers and 2 offsprings. 1 a blue eyed male and another a female. I've just posted 2 photos but it's still pending.
