I think..."think only" , it will be better to put in on 21st of December 2003. As 25th is Xmas, some of the members might just take a long stretch of leave till 1st Jan 2004 for holidays/vacation. as for me, am sure take off for the whole week of Xmas till 2004 new year lah~..kekekeke
