Hi uncle boon,

Have you guys found a place yet ? do keep me updated ler. the good news is that my date with my boss has been cancelled due to the SARS thingy. As long as I can get a bus tickets down to Penang on 30th then it shd be no problem for me to join u guys.... btw is anyone in KL going down to this penang gathering other than me ?

Dear Ming Yang,

I think I am bringing Sasa to Butterworth coming May first. (see member introduction's forum for more details) Maybe i can join you if i start my journey very early, say 3 or 4 am, or join the bukit kiara gathering before i go to Butterworth. hhmmm... which is better ah? by the way, both gathering is not fix yet rite? only got 3 more days, do you think it mite be cancel?

eh... Sasa is sick leh. car sick, food poisoning... i also dunno which is which. now, my sis is bringing him to the doc. do you think he can go to butterwort coming thursday? even on a dose of drug that make him sleep along the way?

HI Ashley,

Junjung waterfall is obvious near Junjung. The way to go is to travel to Bukit Mertajam and head for direction of Kulim. On the way to Kulim, there are two turning that will lead you to Junjung, one is shortly after the Macang Bubuk turning and the other one is several KM down the road where both you have to turn right.

Second way is go there via Simpang Ampat. Tavel along NS Express and exit using Tambun Exit and go toward Simpang Ampat. At Simpang Ampat, turn right to go to Tasek and go until the end of road where you will come to a T Junction to turn left. Follow the road and you will come to Junjung.

So have funs on May 1.

R u sure we can go Junjung waterfall with my our dog? that place is crowded by malays all the time.... Junjung is malay kampung ler.... afraid travel far far liao then they "Halau" us out pulak. All:

my big boss (MD)'s birthday is on 1st May, his wife is planning a surprise b'day party for him..... still planning my schedule, so cant confirm my participation for the junjung gathering yet.... thousand apologies.

Hi Boon,

I frequent that waterfall during primary school days some 30 years back when the waterfall is still not developed.

I will create a category for you at Photo Gallery and make sure you take a lot of quality photo this time.

The Junjung is in a area with lot of Malays and make all keep their on on leash and clean up after your dog. You need to be there early to book the place.

Hi!

I can't confirm yet because of transport & also direction. not really familiar with the direction. later i end up missing somewhere else. somemore my guinea pig just died last night. something bite on the leg. i did not manage to take her to see the doctor. Frown

. This is the second guinea pig died within three months. but i still have one guinea pig at home. he will sure be lonely without his partner. Frown

Anyway, will confirm on going or not going later. see ya..
