A'Famosa has come back to us that they are having difficulty fulfilling the booking for July 10, 2004 as they did not expect the booking to reach that number (they are only able to fulfill less than 50% on that date). They have proposed to us to have the date changed to July 24, 2004 so that they can allocate more Family Studio and Bungalow to us.

Representative from A'Famosa will start calling all within the next few days to finalize booking and if anyone of you is not able to make the trip on July 24, 2004, just drop us an email to puppy@hileytech.com

Frown how come my name not in the list anymore??? is it bcoz of full house in a farmosa? but if really full house u guys should have tell us ealier and not at this moment when i have already settle out everything? as im waiting to pay already but now seems like even on waiting list also no chance!!! pls lah!! pls do make proper arrangement next time before post it out and started to call ppl to go or join!!! i really don't know wat to comment about this now!!!!

Just to clarify. A'Famosa obviously did not expect such a good respond for the trip and they do not have so many family studio available on July 10. According to the representative from A'Famosa, they have only 25 family studio available on July 10 and they request us to change the date to July 24, 2004 where they will have 55 single room family studio and 17 Bungalow available. Please wait for call from A'Famosa.

just letting you know that this has been a tremendous effort on your part to get this going this far and that there are many of us that really appreciate your efforts to make Malaysia a much friendlier place for dogs. Hotels tend to do this at the very last minute and there is nothing we can do about it; ( like in my case with Damai Laut ) Let me know if you need some help with the organisation of this trip.

Ya, agree too. Really appreciate all the efforts Wink. Must be a real headache to monitor the forms, changes, additions, cancellations, upgrades & who's joining who. I havent checked this thread for soo long, and it's a real headache reading 11 pages of thread Crazy.

Aiya, changing date was meant for the better ma, so that can accomodate 55 family studeo instead of 25.... It's a huge doggie outing! I wonder if we are already taking up all the resort's rooms Laugh

By the way, just wondering, are we all travelling separately? Or we're gathering somewhere for departure, so we an all leave at the same time? Just worried if I'm travelling alone, and if my jai jai gets tummy upset (he usually gets it when he's excited Crazy.. with a lingering smell in the car Pirate hee hee hee), wouldnt know if letting him out at one of those public toilets will attrack any unwanted glares or stares or ugly comments. Just thought that if travelling in a group might promote better doggie image. People can see there's a huge doggie fan-club exist!! WinkCool

No worries for those who would like to go in a group we can actually arrange it. Haiyah, all the jungle trekking kaki's can go together too if u want sure won't be lack of partners wan.... make sure got puppy.com car sticker behind the car wor.... more fun that way seeing all the cars with puppy.com car sticker go to A'Famosa !!! hehehhe.... must get our resident photographer to take photo's eg : Fiona & Lilian Wink

As for the changes of date I'm all for it if its necessary as with the changes of date we will be able to get and additional of 30 suites meaning abt 120 people would be able to join the gathering I think that's superb ! The more doggies the merrier the gathering will be mar... rite ? WinkWink
