Hello ...
Suggest the first thing to do is try and narrow down the possible causes for the rashes, hotspots, itching ... etc ...
This thread seems to have moved from possible allergy ... to mange ... to hot spots ... to tick infection/allergy ... While these possible causes may overlap ... we may all be missing something quite crucial ... Very hard to say without seeing dog.
Also trying to many different remedies may not be such a good idea ... with skin condition the usual way is to try and eliminate causes ... if you try to many solutions or change too many things at one time then it can become more difficult to identify actual cause of condition ...
Please take your dog to a "good" vet and get proper examination & tests done ...
