They are a few petshop in Penang provide grooming service, beside the one Lisa recommended, November in Tanjung Bunga, K9 in Macalister Road, D'petshop in Perak Road, the new petshop in Jalan Kelawai and etc... Agree to Eve, seldom people send GR for grooming lor... may be you can try to groom yourself...
