errr..may be try on this..
ask a person hold on him, you do the 'hide' somewhere he saw. probably use something just cover half of the toy, not too far from him, toy can be visible. let go and giv 'search/find' command. use something he is crazy on, treat or toy. when he grab/ found, praise..
repeat the steps but slowly increase the difficulty and distance.. we can not expect our dogs know our Arabian language at one go... just kidding.  anyway..
