• HILEYTECH collect  personally identifiable information when you register as a Forum Member at our Bulletin Board and when you use certain HILEYTECH's  services such as Online Bill Payment facilities. 
• When you register with our Forum, we ask for your name, email address, occupation , address and personal interests. We let you have the option to decide whether to provide us full information during the registration process.
• When you make purchases at our online shopping mall using your credit card,  the credit card information that you entered in secure payment page are not retain by us or store in our server. The information is only transmitted in secure environment to MEPS' server for immediate card validation.
• We also automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, HILEYTECH's cookies information and the page you requested.
• For information submitted to us via the Online Payment Interface,  we use them to reconcile your account with us. The information collected via the Forum interface is to allow us to know more about you and to contact you when the need arise.

• HILEYTECH will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone.

• HILEYTECH may set and access our cookies on your computer. Cookies is particularly used for online forum to identify repeat users so that we are able to customize the interface to your preferences set in your profile.

• For our online forum, we allow you the freedom  to edit your membership information and preferences at any time.
