Introduction on the whole exercises in Pre-Novice.
Briefing: one of the objectives of the class is to prepare the students to take part in obedience trials.
To introduce/encourage ‘fun’ training by using food & toys.
Re-assess the standard of the class.
Group exercise: Sit & Down stay.

Revision on heeling exercise to improve on halt & stand.
Heeling exercise with emphasis on left-turn & down.

Revise Lesson 2 by heeling among other dogs.
Stand stay exercise with the dog by the side.
Introduce stand stay exercise by moving toward the end of the lead.

Assess the weakness and strength of each handler.

You may want to help to hold the dog on one end with the handler one the other end.
