HI,
So sorry to hear about your doggie's problem...skin problem can be very tricky...it is difficult to uncover the causes and harder still to deal with when you cannolt find the cause...be patient... if it is fungal problem then I guess a good shampoo that is anti fungal and frequent bath will help... do keep your doggie's enviroment clean and free fron agents of distructions such as ticks, mites etc make sure the place it sleeps and rests is not damp ...
it is very crucial that you take good care not to allow the infected part to get secondary infection...consider the food you are feeding... sometimes that can be the cause...how old is your doggie? may doggie had that problem coz the protien level was not suitable...so I had to switch and now she is alot better and I am relief coz she is not bothered by it anymore....it takes time for the condition to get better...try not to let your doggie lick or tamper with the infected area too... use an e-colar if you have to ...
Good luck in battling the problem and hope your doggie get well soon

Hi,
You can try rinsing your dog with a natural lemon solution. It's recommended by many forumers and I've personally read about it in books and on the internet....supposed to be a natural remedy for many types of skin problems. My dog had mange and it helped a lot. You can find the 'recipe' in the GENERAL section...look out for the "Mange" topic.
