i think it should be after the show lar, the time is 7pm mar..plus i dont think dome can accomodate 3 rings at the same time. 2 also quite pack d... ~Cherio~ Penang Lang? Click Here~! Silkies Owner? Click Here~!
like the judge gives command for you to walk straight, turn left, turn right, go back, about turn.....and he'll see how your dog respond.....the dog should follow closely beside your left heel and turn whenever you turn....he should also sit down once you stop. something like this lah.....
well...i haven't actually seen m'sia's OB trial....so i really don't know....but theirs was pretty good....they even had the obstacle course after that....
wow.....hunter must be really obedient then.... how did you train him?
hahah....i wish i could take billy for OB....but he's not a fast learner....i need more time to teach him...hopefully one day i could enter him in OB....
i remembered seeing at the sg dog show OB trial....there was this shnauzer who ran off after the 5th or 6th command....no offense to the owner but it was funny....ehhe......
yaloh....but billy is a bit hard to train...have to repeat many many times before he knows what to do...some more i'm new at training... been using positive method...don't think he'd do well with the choke chain.....
aiya don't worry. he'll do a good job. hee, i love to see piggy jump. so which is harder? to jump, or to fetch?
btw, did piggy managed to gain his CD title at the last show? saw he's been able to jump and fetch pretty good. a lot of improvement since the MIPE show last time :D
No lar.. collected 3 "0" - broad jump, retrieve on flat and distance command.
The fetch is not that difficult but the last time I threw the dump bell to far and by the time he is going for the it…. he lost his concentration and starts wandering around . For the broad jump… he just step over it … too smart mar….
ohhh. doesn't matter though, i understand it's very common at intermediate... i think it's really hard to tackle the jumps in the situation of trials.. especially for smaller dogs. amazing that piggy can fetch under such circumstances though. think a couple of months of coaching from u ought to take him to perfection :> (btw, i always think he should be the role model for all pugs in malaysia. pugs can do obedience too.)
I thought the time for OB is 5:00 pm ? The registration form that I received stated 5:0pm. I think the original time was 7:00 pm and but re-schedule later as the time was amended by handwritten. I could see the number, 7 there.
