Hi, Everyone	Can't Post

Hie Everyone,

I'm Daniel and i just bought my 2 months old ACS last week:) His name is Sam and he is soo adorable...I wish to post his pic as soon as possible....

I stay in puchong and my hometown is penang ( penang lang!! ).... and This is my first Pup.... so hehe i need all the advise from the experts here....

Anyway i really find this forum interesting and i am learning how to cope with taking care of Sam from this portal...Thanks alot and well hope to get ur replies.....Adios.....

I love every chance i get to talk abt my dogs Smile

At the moment, I hv 4 dogs. Their names are Silky, Tyson, Hazel and Kaizer. Silky's 4yrs 7 mths..black and white and is a eng. cocker spaniel mix terrier, Tyson's a 7-mth-old brindle coloured bullmastiff. Hazel's 1 yr 7 mths and is liver and tan in colour and last but not least, Kaizer's a energetic 7mths+ german short haired pointer Smile

As for the vet, where are you located?

IMHO, i think Heshmael's Clinic in Sunway Damansara is good. Professional, VERY friendly and helpful staff. Smile

Other than that, ppl said Healing Rooms in Subang Parade is pretty good too(but i find the cost too high)

There are others too..but I can't remember. lol Laugh

my memory's not too good.

Nice meeting you.... well so you have a silky...wah.... they are very beautiful and delicate breeds... and i had a friend who have one aiyok....so nice....Well mine is American cocker spaniel....Age 2 half months name Sam...I loved him soo much hehe i brought him back to pg from kl last weekend and he was so quiet in the car... din bark or vomit or potty in my car.... I used to have a spitz when i was young hehe... but after that my mum din allow me to have a dog ever since....I always dream to have a dog one day and Voila i just can't help it but i have to say i am lucky to have Sam as my companion.... Well one day when i bring him back to pg we might meet up ya...:)ok Adios....

Sunshine's a ShihTzu, approx 7 mths and 22 days today.... yes... we can learn loads here.... esp me... always a blur sotong.... need to learn more about the specialists here to care for my baby.....

Well.... Sunshine has 4 colors actually.... white, brown,black and grey.... but i never heard of ppl introducing their furby as quartrucolored.. only tricolored....

Wow....4 dogs....So where do you keep them.... You must have a big compartment for them to run about... do they get along well with each other....well so how ur ECS+Terrier Mix looks like.....is it silky terrier....??wo i guess one day i wanna meet ur furbies....haha...Hei do you take them out often.... when no one is at home where do you put them??

Well i stay in puchong.. and i couldn't find a vet here... haha i am currently going to a vet somewhere near Mines....Not bad also haha....Thanks for the recomendation... well u never know when you gonna need them....BTW how much is Heshmael's Clinic Charging for Vacination?....and what do you use for your dogs to prevent tick and fleas....?

Well... It doesn't matter how you code the dogs colour... haha.. I guess your dogs must be lovely considering the colours that you mentioned....

Mine is buffed Golden colour...

i have a basset hound which i bought last april.
I was excited like you too and still am!
It's really nice to have a dog. They make great company!
Do keep an eye on your pup and they tend to chew on everything! heheheehhe....

Well... my sam just started chewing on things few days ago....Teething i guess.... Hope it doesn't become a habit for him to chew on everything he can reach so u from mmu right?? I am having my Ind Training now in shah alam...:) Well we bring our furbies out one of these days...Anymore MMU ppl who has Furbiess.???????

yeah, it's normal for them to chew but try to keep tiny or sharp things away from them.
I am from MMU FCM.
there's another MMU golden retriever. Hunter. She's also staying in puchong.

Hello ,

My compartment? so-so...lol..but not enough for the GSP. Tongue

They get along fine. Except the dobe. We adopted her so she's in a new pack and all...i think a little insecure abt her position and the GSP esp likes to kacau/challenge/irritate her so he kena's the most. As long the other dogs(minus Silky) does not go into her territory(the porch area), everything's a-ok Smile

Silky looks like a terrier but with the colour of a ECS. Black and white with black-coloured ticking on the legs.

.I jog Kaizer too.I'll be bringing Silky, Tyson(maybe) and Kaizer to the next gathering on the 26/10. Maybe you could bring lil' Sam too if he has got all his vaccinations in order. Hope to meet you there Smile

I'm not sure abt vaccinations there...only been there for treatment for Hazel. Seems reasonable. My regular vet is cheaper but it's so-so. Not as good as Heshmeal's ( IMHO)

I used Frontline Smile

I find effective.Only used it when I first got Silky and she was infested with ticks/fleas. Since then... never really had a problem that bad. You can add garlic in Sam's diet to help repel the fleas/ticks. They don't like somekind of chemical(can't remember what)in the garlic that gets in the bloodstream and then into the skin. If possible, use herbal treatment rather than chemicals. Can u imagine..it's so toxic, it repels/kills fleas? and you're spraying it onto the skin.. Unimpressed

For lil' Sam, i think a small clove of garlic every 2-3 days should suffice.

You can go through the forum for more on the garlic feeding.
