Hi! Everyone. I'm glad to join in to this big family (Dog lover). I have one dog stay with me ~ miniture schanauzer. Her name's Phoebe. She is very pretty. cute, playful... but a litter bit naughty. hahaha! I hope can enjoy & share idea with u all.

Welcome onboard fellow schnauzer owner! Did we talked on the phone earlier this morn? Like Les said I have 3 Mini Schnauzers starting wz Pepper (2yrs), Lee-Sha (1.5yrs) and Lee-Ron (10mths). (Les..your memory is excellent! ) Care to share more about Phoebe?

Hi Arthur! Bingo...Is me. Phoebe's born 23th Nov 2001, so 9months+. Do u face of this problem before. Since late saturday till wednesday phoebe ate a litter bit (not much as normal meal). Monday her weight 6.3kg & today is 5.6kg (but she still very active & playful). So I send her to vet, because from thur she not eat at all. Finally the vet said, she is harmone changes . Hahaha.

Hi Whitney,
Thought I recognise the name..! So far none of my furkids has ever voluntarily skipped a meal. In fact, I would be very worried if they did that cos' normally the food will be wolfed down in less than 40secs! Yes, I timed them.. The faster eater is Lee-Sha followed by Pepper and Lee-Ron.
Has Phoebe had her 1st heat cycle yet? Like the vet said, it could be hormonal but it's better to watch her closely the next few days.. May I know which kennel Phoebe came from? Maybe I know the breeder. Be good to consult back with them for advice shud the weight loss continue.
Hi! Arthur. I Just finish my project in Melaka, so... can chit-chat with U. Phoebe came from Tmn Shamelin. Breeder name's Mr chang Kim Sang. Do U know him? I send Phoebe to Animal Medical Center for body (liver, blood & kidney) check-up. Result: Healthy, everything all right, but she still not eating. I send her back, the vet think she is having " false pregnancy", do u heard this before? Is she lonely?

Hi Whitney, Yes, I heard of this false pregancy syndrome. But not for a young puppy..Is she on heat? If she is still not eating, please send me yr private email and I will pass U my vet details for a 2nd opinion. A schnauzer should have a healthy appetite.

Hi!Arthur, I'm veryveryryryry enjoy & happy to meet up with yr whole family member. Yr 3 furkids are very cute. Especially when Lee-ron barking, his sound like whistle.
As Phoebe she is a bit shy for today. She also quite sleepy, cause she play with my brother this whole morning. I have to go now, Phoebe just wake-up & manja me. ha ha ha....
