I think it cud be due to lack of socialisation...when a puppy or a dog is not used or unsure of its surrounding, it makes him nervous and afraid and sometimes when they're afraid they do become aggressive....sort of like protecting themselves frm any harm.

Most dogs show nervousness and agression because they aren't used to whatever they are nervous/aggressive about, for example if your dog is people aggressive it obviously didn't have enough socialization or it could be a problem that puppies could inherit from their parents. Most dogs show aggressive because they are scared and thats the only way they know how to protect themselves from this scary world.
