Are you a MKA member?? Sorry, only for internal office use, I can't access or add external parties.. therefore, maybe I can try my best to help you here.
1. If you are a MKA member, you should be receiving the entry forms for all sorts of show.
2. Fill up the form with your dog's particular as per his certificate
3. Send in the entry with your payment and wait for the confirmation letter from MKA

Erm... this is what I've learn so far.. if others has got better input and advise, feel free to add on ya!
1. Remember to bring along the confirmation letter on the day itself 2. Note the registration time as they follow strictly by it... if you are late, that's it, you are out 3. Remember to bring newspaper / plastic bags incase your dog decide to do their 'business' 4. Small container or water bottle 5. A carrier / cage is a must (i think) to bring to a show 6. You can NEVER unleash a dog or leave it unattended 7. As for me, brushes / combs / her fav chewy bones / tissues, etc is a must for Jaz
I think that's what I usually do and bring... not up to the level where I have my own grooming table / fan / sophisticated 'kah chang' to carry along...

Hey girl, have you seen those Peke and Shih Tzu breeder?? they bring big big containers full of spray / comb / some more got straightening equipment and big fan for thier dogs!! talk about being fully prepared for dog show!!!

Some more things to add to your good list...
8. Extension power cords.
9. Fans (very important for this Selayang Mall show!)
10. Hair dryer blower (for long coated breeds)
11. Show leash
#9 is a must cos' we are all gonna to get a free suana bath in the Selayang Mall venue. It's basically a collection of badminton courts located on top of Selayang Shopping Mall rooftop car park. Be warned..

Oh my gawd! Serious ar Si Fu..... Are you going to bring a fan over??? ... hihihh then i'll try to sit near you to get some cool air! hahhah!! Yes, I've seen ppl brining big fans not for themselves but for thier dogs... especially those heavy long coated dogs... looks like this round, we need it for ourselves as well!!
Intesting stuff you brought up : Show Leash What happens if forgot to bring / or maybe don't one and uses the normal choacker instead? Will that be a 'minus' during judging??

wah, so many things ar... eh, i too saw those who bring their own grooming table, fan and etc..... lots of spray too and some like cocker get their ears tied up so that they won't get it dirty or wet.
Its really interesting to see so many breed in the same place and time. I really did enjoy myself the previous time. Do be prepare to bring a towel for yourself as it can really get pretty HOT in there and if you want wear a spaghetti strap inside your shirt so that Arthur will have a chance to look at some leng lui's on show

hey lisa, ahha yea i've seen those...i think they got more stuff inside there then those makeup artist for bridal makeup wan...open the case got 3 tiers wan..see also scared leh!. oh but the straigthening thing is really nice loh..use edi the dog hair so nice..i wont mind buying that loh..use on the dog edi..then use on myself! hehe
and showleash arh....its just for u to look professional lar!....no minus mark for not having show lead leh....dun lah go use for those training for obedience wan can edi lar!

Hi Eve,
I can loan you one show leash.. no need to buy. Try it out and see how it goes.. Basically the show leash is much thinner than an ordinary leash.. (though not as thin as raffia string lor! )

Yup..no aircond. Maybe some fans or water coolers will be provided... This place is basically some badminton courts located on top of the Selayang Mall rooftop parking. It's completely covered of course but can get quite warm inside..
