Choke-chain and vomitting Can't Post

Toffee has been vomitting quite often, but seems to be all watery, clear fluid with some foam. This is especially after I take him out for his 'training' using the choke chain. He tugs at it and chokes himself. Everytime I use the choke chain he will vomit. Is this healthy?

After the 'training' and after he drinks water, he will again vomit...what can I do, short of not putting him on a choke chain???

It's not too tight, it's the correct size choke chain -with like a few inches to spare. No, I don't chain him at all.

hi toffee,
u did not mention when do u take him out for training.. before or after meal ? how long before / after his meal? Let him rests awhile ( 15 - 20 mins) after his meal before u start ur training session.

What kind of 'training' ? Does he do fetch games?

Also, after his meal, don't let him drink too much water, ...(if u are going to train him after meal)

It's not recommended to conduct physical training (ie. running) on him in an empty-stomached either.

Hi all,

I think in this case, it is not the choke chain that caused the problem. I was facing the same problem like toffee for my elder boxer. I quite agree with cdmoo that you have to rest him after meal before you start to let him exercising.

Regards
