hi,

can't blame them, they're already short-handed to handle their own workloads... adoptions.. certs..shows and trials..

perhaps someday some organisation will emerge to stop all these puppy mills. perhaps someday...

bichon is a very high maintenance dog, talking about grooming..on the other side,they have good temperament and can fit even if you have a very tiny little place...they are esp good with kids...they are like little "dynamo"..they need their small walks everyday and grooming...bichon is definitely known for its afro look...

you must be prepared to spenda sufficient amount of TIME,ENERGY AND $$$ for grooming...apart from that, they are da bomb!
