hi there, i m 36 young, and only recently my wife has a knack to adopt a miniature dog [she has experience in rearing two big dogs in her family house]
we visited petaling street, most of it is costly

Why not visit PAWS or the SPCA? Perhaps you can find a lovely dog there which you can adopt as your own.
