At the end of my tether please help!!! Can't Post

I adopted a black lab 2 weeks ago and for 1 week now the lab attacks my female mixed breed to the point that he has put 2 gashes in her leg. I now have to put a muzzle on the lab when I go out. He is getting neutered on Monday. Will this stop the violent attitude because I can't trust being around the lab anymore. By the way my female will not fight back at all. Any info would be great. Oh yer it started off with dog food, then me just eating to a toy.

Neutering does not change behavior. It's a surgical procedure, not a miraculous training tool.

Get a trainer involved. It might help, or it might not. There is a possibility that you will need to keep the dogs separate for as long as one of them is alive.

Hope I helped.
