I heard the "FrontLine Spot on Dog" is pretty good, although I have not used it. You need to apply to the neck , and then it will get absorb into the skin. You need to do it once a month.

Depends on his weight, 3-packet is ranging from RM 50+ to 70+ , and you need to use one packet per month.

Hope it helps..

In reply to CDMOO's comment, I have tried the "Frontline" thingy on my Cocker and so far, the ticks are under control. There still are ticks now and then but it's definately under control. As for the price, it's RM60 for a pack of 3 tubes which you apply around the doggie's neck or other unreachable places. How much and how often depends on the doggie's size and weight. Kinda expensive.

Frontline Spot On as mentioned by Jasonlyh is very effective against ticks. It is convenient as you need to apply the solution in only a location to offer protection against the whole dog.

Hmm..yea, im using frontline spot on thingy as well, on my ST, n so far, ok lar.. fairly easy to use, but, yea, it the price varies, tho, according to the size of ur dogs...

can give it a shot.. else, have to pull out ticks by hands.. then perhaps bathe ur dogs in the anti tick solutions.. can wipe the ears part, but face.. err.. dunno ler.. that's wat grandpa used to do...;)

hopefully ur babies will be free of kutus..

For a strange reason, I found that Frontline spot on is not as effective as the Frontline spay on. I have been using the product for more than 10 years, way before it was available in Malaysia. Your may want to give it a try.

Try spraying Baticol every week after bathing. Frontline Spray is also good. Keep in mind that you must also do something about the ticks in the surrounding areas your dog freaquent like his sleeping place and such.

The large green 'kutu' that you see must be picked and squashed before it lays hundreds of eggs. It also helps to pick the 'kutus' every day at least once. Never give them a chance to reproduce. If you don't want to squash the ticks, you can drown the pests as a another alternative. Just place a bucket of water near you to put the kutus in after you pick them off your doggis one by one.

Your baby will surely thank you for it.

Hope it helps. :)

Try Frontline Spray. Picking the ticks helps too.
