doggies are innocent..
how's their life, how's they live.. all depend on the owner, right!
one of my new neighbour, he never take care his dogs.. he got "4" dogs at home.. no, not at home actually.. he just let the dogs free around at outside, without leash.. his dogs won't bite, but got lot of problems.. ticks, eating trash, pee poo at other neighbour's house gate, looking fight with other neighbour's doggies(even midnight).. dirty.. blabla..
i complainted with the owner for 2 times before.. but just gave me lot of excuses.. his dog kacau me when i take a walk with my dog.. i shouted for help.. the onwer saw it, but just pretending not to see me.. so bad.. 
i can't hurt the doggie.. they are innocent.. just the owner problem..
