Peng Yu,

I love 4X4 too, 3 months ago I was considering a Toyota Alphard or Mitsubishi Triton, but suddenly the fuel price hike then I just postpone the plan lor... These type of hard core activities cannot use new car lar... hati sakit lor.

If I want to join you, then I have to get a 2nd hand one... but 1 thing is, like you guys go off roading, how to call for help if the machine breaks down? don't tell me you call AAM for help in the middle of the jungle... Cool

Peng Yu,

Drive to China huh... what a great idea! Maybe we can arrange for a trip like this, or we set up a 4X4 team for all APBT/AST members only... and we can have fun driving cross country!

Petronas Ex trip to Everest Base camp via thailand, burma, Yunnan, Xinjiang and Tibet, cost RM40K per person, that is participating fee only vehicle sendiri cari.Pirate

Petronas trip advantage is Petronas connection, so can avoid a lot of problem with local authority. But very expensive, but if go sendiri, must cheaper but may face problem with locals.

Peng yu, Toyota Alphard is gaint MPV la cant bring you to jungle.

If machine minor breaks down, got machanic can settle for you. If major damage such as gearbox pecah & etc...then tarik you balik lo, wont left you at hutan, dun worry..Cool. In 1 of our outing, the Land Rover speed gear & transmission gearbox pecah, we tarik them from the jungle...

If you really interested, can follow us 1st for your virgin outing in forest..CoolCool then decide later whether this activity is gham you or not.

Go China mostly through Thai, Laos, Vietnan... Have you apply passport for your Am Bully?SlySly

Go China need 20~30K for 1 car, if share 4, then not that expensive. Only thing we lack is time! it take 2~3weeks for the journey.

Peng Yu,

I hope I can join you 1 day la... That day I drove my friend's new Honda Accord and accidentaly stuck the front right wheel into a drain... I believe with the skills like u guys handling the machine, that was just a peanut... but unfortunately, that day took me n my friend nearly 3 hrs to just lift the car tyre out from the drain... m so Paiseh to him la... he ask me to test drive his new accord and I end up treating the car like 4 x 4...
