[Urgent Help] MPSJ-Rules for having more than 1 dog in one house	Can't Post

Hi all, would like to seek advice whether there is any rules in MPSJ area or in Malaysia that one house can only have one dog, and the dog is not allow to go out from the building?

I've received a yellow letter yesterday, so call Notis Amaran, for not having licence for my 2 dogs which is my fault and I will get it done soonest. They gave me 3 days to complete.

However, for the part that I m not sure are following, they written in the notis:
** Sila pelihara 1 ekor sahaja & jangan melepaskan anjing keluar dari premis.

For those who knows the rules, please advise if it is true that one house one dog.

And, I am definitely upset about this sentense "jangan melepaskan anjing keluar dari premis". What right do they have to stop my doggie from going out the house, not that I don't put on a leash. This really harm me and my doggies right.

Dog breed: schnauzer and beagle

hi, MPSJ dog by-laws stated not more than 2 dogs on area of 1,000 sq m or less, and not more than 4 dogs on area of more than 1,000 sq m.

since u received the notice, quickly go to mpsj n get the license for ur dogs, i was told the procedure is very simple n u'll get the license immediately...

as long as ur dogs are leashed, n u pick up after ur dogs hv done their business, dun worry abt taking them out for walks... Smile

Just wonder if i would still need to get my neighbour's consent as the post was posted last few years. This is so troublesome. Will see how it goes then. Thanks

for mpsj, no need neighbour's consent or even photos of the dogs... it's fairly easy to get the dog liense, dun worry too much abt it... Smile

Thx again, that's really helpful. Have to go through it at least once, to know the rules better thus to protect our right and not to be terrified by nonsense complaint from unfriendly neighbor. Frown
