Read an article in Malaysia Kini yesterday on pet dog issue. They said that DBKL is providing dogs ( sometimes pedigrees ) to the Uni in Serdang where they have the vet hospital for experiment purposes. The things they do are very cruel such as injecting cancel cells into the dogs, starve them to check on their progress. Maybe for the sake of science this cannot be avoided but the question is where do DBKL comes out with pedigree dogs? Usually when an owner lost their dogs, usually the first place is to check will be the DBKL dog pound nearby. My second question is will DBKL gave away the dogs to the Uni for free or with a fee in return? Anyone has any comment on this?
