Help!!!Urgent!!	Can't Post

I am raising a beagle and a Spitz in my apartment. They started to bark recently when we are not at home. So the neighbors reported to the Management Office and MBPJ. I think MBPJ is coming these days... So have u got any good Idea what i should do? I do not want to lose them...

And also, How can i stop them from Barking? Thanks a lot...
