Erm..Does anyone own a husky here? Does u guys bath husky with warm water??? how long bath once? Thx...

But do we bath them with WARM water?? Cos husky cannot endure the hot weather..den water is hot..they can tahan??

Hi,

Very sorry that I cant help you on this matter, as M not a pro in Huskys... but common sence I dont think you need to do so, my friend has a Saint Bernard, he doesnt bath his SB with warm water... just an example to you hope this could help...Smile

My friend is an old man liao (67 yrs old)... he don't know how to use SMS and email... and I don't think there is anyway for you to communicate with him except speak Hokkien with him via phone. Anyway, you can try if you want... let me know if yes and I'll let him know and also give you the contact. I don't want to surprise him with a young lady's call. hahahaha!Smile

you do not necessarily need to bathe your sibe in warm water. but if you do, it's alright. if you don't, it's alright too.

what's most important is proper drying. you should not leave your sibe damp and let him/her dry on its own. sibes have double coat. and their undercoat do trap moist. if it is left moist, an unclean environment will invite external parasites (fungi, yeast, bacteria). when this happens, it's vet time!

so what's important is having their undercoat dry and clean at all times.

ya... i know... most of the ppl are using warm water... cold water or too warm water could actually cause "Cold water tail", "limber tail syndrome", "broken tail", "dead tail", "broken wag"...

i will try my best to search for it...
