Maltese	Can't Post

My boyfriend and I are thinking of getting a Maltese puppy, but the thing is we live in an apartment. However, because we are in Melbourne, the weather is lovely and we walk everywhere so exercise won't be a problem.

I never had a Maltese before, so I wanted to check what your suggestions/tips/comments are before we go ahead. I've never kept a dog in an apartment before too, so is there anything I need to know in advance?
