Procedure to bring dog/any animal from KL to Kota Kinabalu(Sabah)

I have tried to search for this information. But till now just got bit' and pieces of info. Appreciate it if there's any information on what to do, the procedure, how long will my dog be quarantine, the flight and what to expect on sending dog to Kota Kinabalu (sabah). I'm thinking of adopting one or two and sending it back to my kg. as a companion and (act as a guard dog) for my mom (who is totally a dog lover).

Hmmm, does nobody know how to bring pet back to Kota Kinabalu from KL. Cause i have search but only can find info on importing/bringing from other country....
