i just got one from Petswonderland in Great eastern mall, so far so good, in fact, given the
negative impression i had on a basset (stubborn, etc), i was quite happy with this one.
It comes with a MKA cert and the breeders name / address is listed there, maybe u can contact

I have similar concerns regarding the behaviour of bassie but you apparently have discovered that it may not all be true. Incidently did you get a female or male pup? I've been doing some reading and noted that females bassie may be more difficult to take care compared to male pups. Anyone out there can debunk this. love to see a pic of your new furkid.
I mean the dog does display some stubborness but its kinda cute and he does give in after a short time. And the potty/crate training on these 4 days are showing very good improvement. I am happy with how the staff at petswonderland have treated the dog, so far no sign of abuse nor health issues. Maybe the only problem would be it only barks for attention never at strangers
