hi everyone im new here. just bought a toy poodle during this CNY. loves her so much. but now headache already. when im around she will poo poo in the cage but when im not around at home, she will poo outside the cage and worst still she will eat her own poo poo anyone can help?
I also git a new puupy before CNY,she is just 4 months old, she is toilet train,but some times she still forget where to poo.
Did you toilet train your puppy ? Just wondering why you prefer to let her poo in the cage ? Normally it's doggy's instint not to poo or pee in their sleeping place, do you prefer to poo where you eat or sleep ?
I train my puppy to pee or poo on the tiolet sheet, in order not to let the pee spill everywhere, the toilet sheet will absorb the pee instantly. You may buy from pet shop or Jusco..I don't like to use newspaper because it absorb too slow.

for poo eating, it;s either u monitor her closely so that each time she attempts to eat, u stop her. so far, a member here actually gave her shih tzu biotase (bought from vet)...according to her, it stopped the problem...mayb u would like to check it out....

as for eating pupu... may i know wat brand u feed ur puppy?
n for the thebiotase, did u give the correct portion according to the instruction leh? normally, for supplements, u don see results immediately. u will need a longer period to see results...

the biotase... slow slow lo.. depends on how well ur puppy's digestive system react to the supplement too.. some is high, then fast, some is low, then is slow..

Hi, i also realise that 3.6kg took Nana very long time to get to half packet..i dunno when her kibbles was infected with maggots so i took to exchange it lor..now i have 2 packets of 1kg ones .. one of the 1kg almost half packet gone n the other 1kg packet i havent opened yet..i think whenever we buy dog food, better check for expiry dates..
Nana also eating a handful of kibbles the size of my palms nia..but yet she's greedy lor..after eating still will go look for food on the floor or under dining tables...
hehe...the vacuum-cleaning sydrome . Rascal also does that...everytime he eats something, he makes sure no crumbs, bit and pieces left behind. But the ironic part is that he is a very neat eater. He doesnt eat until the food all fall on the floor. If one of kibbles fall on the floor, he will pick that one up first before getting the rest in his bowl.
