You could try the park next to the Petronas towers and see if the security guards shoo you away. Or what about Bukit Bintang Road? That's where people go to be seen, and your Basenjis will make everyone's eyes pop out.
in this city, it is not easy to find a friendly walking area/ park for dogs... klcc park - tough one, it's a place where malay couples n families hang out, dun think they'll be happy to see u with your dogs, and the guards will probably ask you to leave the park...
best is to walk yr dogs ard yr housing area, as many of us do, and i'm sure u are already doing this, which is picking up after your dogs...

I heard that Its rare to get Basenjis here....but anyway..heard that KLCC quite hard to bring our pets around..since its not that dog friendly over there.
You can always call up and ask i think...the best is to the park.
