Why not give it a try? I think for beaches, it depends on who are there at the moment since it is a public place, if the public no complaint then suppose no problem.

Well in my opinion i think the malays here arent that racial against dogs. Than again they might even be lakia aka natives here. They love dogs most of them even have them. Thanks again for ur info. I sure will try to bring them there gegege. Ward & Windy (Human) Pepito & Fifito (Pedigree) Bobo ( Mongrel) Winston ( Eagle) Kaloi (Fish) Meng Meng (Cat) Monster & Cicit ( Hamsters)

wow. some malays there really frenly and kind. i remember i saw some malays speak so politely to me when i asking the directions to eat seafood.. but my cousin say is not pure malay. is like wat u mentioned the natives.
i tink u also ans my doubt in my heart. one day i went pass a kampung house where got a mutt. i was confused y kampung house got a dog. isit posibly the kampung house got the natives live there instead of pure malays?
so these natives not scared by the dog's saliva? they not muslim?

The local Malay dialect in Sarawak is different from the standard Malay that we use to hear. Just like the East Coast Malay dialects.
Anyway in Sarawak or Sabah, we might get confused easily by the appearance of most natives. They look like Malay but in actual fact they are Iban, Bidayuh, Orang Ulu, Kadazan or Dusun. And they are non-muslim too.
