As long your little one done the 3 vaccination think should be no problem, my dogs also bark a lot and always want to go to those bigger size dogs, but they are all friends species, don't worry too much. You can think about to get a mouth mask for your puppy, so it wil be quiet a bit.

Yup , because of the heavy fall every afternoon, my doggie haven't been outdoor for a long time. Hopefully she can have fun on the 19th
