My Shih Tzu has been feeling rather hot and according to my maid - Drinking alot of water and not eating unless tempted. She's also been rather sluggish the whole day, like ignoring me when I kacau-ed her. And when I chased her, she actually slipped and fell!!
Can anyone tell me what's wrong with her? Should I send her to the vet asap? =s byebye puppy.com.my. pls delete this acc.

Eh, no longer a puppy. Not enough symptoms there I think to pin it down to anything. Maybe someone else might recognise something here. I'd observe her closely to see if there is any further change in her behaviour. If this condition persists you might want to take her to the vet or get some experienced dog person to give you an opinion.

I just brought her to the vet. After one injection, she kinda got well instantly. The vet said that due to the mites and ticks, there may have been some kind of worm transmitted into her, that's why she lost interest in her food and became less energetic.

thats y need got heartworm prevention meidc, safer.
if you're worry its heartworm maybe u'll wanna give ur doggy ablood test to be sure.
