You can put the puppy's drinking water anywhere. I put it beside her food in the kitchen. When she is thristy,she will go and drink her water bowl. You can put beside the sleeping area,actually anywhere is fine, just try to show her where is her water bowl.If he always lick the toilet floor, close the toilet door or scold him and just bring him to the water bowl...
