anal sac impection problem	Can't Post

Hi my 6yrs old shih tzu recently found by dr. having a anal sac impection problem.
Dr said there a risk if go for operation where the area is full of nerve which may cause uncontrol in pass urine and stool. he advise on medication but we need to pump liquid to him two days once to ease his passing but this already took him almost 2 months still no improvement.
So anyone had this experience on their dog please advise
