Hmmm I'm getting my new collie mixed puppy... I wonder what nature this breed has?

friendly? obedient? hard to train?

wat type of collie??

rough collie, border collie, bearded collie?

generally collie r herding breed......tis means tat they like to herd ofcoz n they r working breed....

they require lotsa exercise....or else u will find tat ur collie will start herding n nipping on d family members heels..

yeah...n they r easy to train...they r d breed tat usually excel in both obedience n agility....

OOh .. Hmmm.. i myself also not so sure abt the type of collie.. i oni know is a mix collie... haha !

any guidelines?

have not been vaccinated for first time yet.. plan to do so this fri... maybe the doc's cert will state Molly's type of collie?

if ur collie doesn't come wit a cert.....d doc will not certified which type of breed he is...

do u hv a pic of his parents.... i can help u 2 distinguish if u had one...

but anyway.... u should look up for a training centre to learn how to train ur 1st dog....it'll be very educational to amateur trainer...

after u had figure out wat it is all about....den u can train him up all by urself...

Hmmm.... unfortunately i dont have her parents' pic...

and where should i find the trainer?? pet shop?? how much should i expect for the training once? and how many times ?

where do u stay?? is better to choose d place which is more convenient...

there r a few training centre....but its sensitive to discuss this issue here, as puppy.com oso offer got offer training at taman desa...

if ur not that free to travel around wit ur dog....then look up for books....its very informative too....

i stay in cheras tmn mutiara brt just opposite leisure mall... but will move in sept to another taman in cheras also, so my molly can hav a better environment, as me now stay in condo... quite inconvenient cos is a condo... hav to face the secu la, neighbors la.. so so...

yaya collie is big breed.. so lo i think i have to rethink again... then move to house... although i love to live in condo a lot...
