I am trying to teach Hero as well. But I am having problem to make him sit up properly. Hero knows I want him to sit up. He has the posture of sit up with his hind leg "bending" but his butt tends to leave the floor. I think he is using his hind leg to support him instead of the butt. And this makes him cannot stay with the sit up posture steadyly. How can I make him to really sit ?
b4 roccio master the sit up, i place his back to the wall so when he sits up the wall will b his support...i do tat for few days till he get used to the posture then oni i let him do it away fr the wall...mayb u can try it out...all hero nids is practice...once he get used to it n noes the rite way in doin it...he'll b sittin up for as long as u want it...lolz but then if he's stil a pup dun let him sit up too long cos it'll put stressed to its hind legs which r stil developing..good luck!

i jz take roccio's hand n shake it for him then tell him tat's gong xi gongxi...then suddenly 1 day he shake by himself when i tell him gong xi gong xi then giv him big big rewards lo
fr then on he noes hw to do it liau...i suppose any slight movement of up n down u shd rwd him n encourage him further lo
mocha jus can sit up he not yet surprise me with shaking his both hand.sigh...now even he lazy to do it for this moment dun1 teach him more tricks coz mocha going to hav test soon
let him pass the test 1st then onli teach him kau kau
