Has anyone been to the dog park on the rooftop of this shopping mall in Seri Kembangan?? Is it clean? Is it a good place to go?

D park closed down a few months ago. Heard dat MKA mayb taking over d place so it may reopen again in a couple of mths time.

It's basically a converted car park lot at d roof of the Sth City Plaza.
