dis is my first time owning a pug, in fact yoda's my first puppy. adopting him wasn't an impulsive act or anything like that. i spent weeks of extensive research to make sure that the pug could fit my lifestyle and that i would be able to facilitate his needs. i also am aware of the medical issues that pugs are prone too and the fact that their flat faces facilitates their tendency to over heat if precaution is not taken.
I noticed that yoda's body temperature seems to be a little warm, erm ... yeh i know dogs are warm blooded ... as compared to other dogs that I've played with and 'sayang'ed, he seems to be slightly warmer. (I didn't take any temperature reading)
My question is, is it normal for a pug's temperature to be slightly higher?
p/s no regrets getting yoda, he is one active fella! hence the nick "multum in parvo" or soemthing like that Cheers!
