I need some advice on what to do, and how to send them back. I believe there's a quarantine period as well?

Anyone with any experience?

yes, there the dog need to quarantine for 1 month. and you also need to apply both export and import licence and go thru all the procedure like dog inspect at Jabatan haiwan.
