I think I will join for this saturday and sunday show. But be ready MKA might cancel the show because got HAZE or something else la. Hahahaha

This sunday AKU show already comfirm cancel. For this coming MKA show will be held on 1 OCT 2005 not this Saturday.Wink

kitconnie,

wanna ask for ur advise from ur experience in dog show....

do u actually need to train ur dog for show? or just make sure he know how heel and stand....

do the winner for every dog show are almost the same ?

Yes. You need to teach your dog to stand still while the judge is judging your dog. Besides that you need to teach your dog heel along side with you.

Yes. Every dog show winner almost the same.

I train the dog myself. So far don't think got any training centre for show training lor. But not hard to train just stand still and heel only.

Normally we will train our own dogs for the show. If you like to hire a handler to show on your behalf that is also possible. You need to run around the ring with your dog as well as during the show. The winner changes on different shows.
