Hi there, lately I am planning to have holiday with my Rottweiler.
She is 2 years old now, very big size, but well trained and guarantee Obedience.
I don¡¦t mind to travel around Malaysia, just wish to have good time with her in hotel or inn; I hope I can get some information from you guys, to work out a good holiday for my doggie.

I think A Farmosa Resort will allow pets there lah. Cause last year puppy.com members went there as a group. Maybe you should call up and ask. If alright then do post it here cause I am sure other puppy.com members would like to bring their furkids for holidays too.

There is a tanco resort in Port Dickson that allow dogs. Lassie is actually an animal rescue center like SPCA. The resort in langkawi is called the Bon Ton resort. There is a link to the website. Just type the name follow by .com.my

hi everyone, thanks for the useful information.
I think I will try the ferry, because I just stay somewhere near the terminal to langkawi in Alor star at the moment, if they can't make it, I think I will travel back to Penang, then pick a flight to langkawi, but I wonder how they make an arrangement for my dog.

You should be able to take the same plane as your dog. You need to call the cargo of MAS to do a booking for your dog. You need to check your dog in like 4 hours before the flight. They have a quarantine zone for your dogs.

Then life is easy for you. Just drop by at the terminal and talk to the captain. If the guy is OK with taking your dog over to Langkawi then ask for “his” shift and arrange with the resort accordingly.
For us, it would be to troublesome to travel to Kuala Kedah and gamble on acceptance and transportation.Have fun.
