Heyah Victor,
Yeah, hubby said some fellow was looking for me. Figured it has to be you-lah. I was off to get drinks for my 2 very thirsty kids. Of all things, we forgotten to pack in their drinking water!!!!! And was bz checking out all the stores, dogs and their owners en route, so took awhile there lah....heheheh! We met up with Natasha, Doug and their kids, Cleo and their beagle. I attached some pix, so check it out. I got few good shots of Natasha posing with Cleo but I've got to ask her permission to post it up here first. Heheheh! And I think she got few candid shots of Kookee walloping ice-cream potong, hahahahha! Kookee ate 2 1/2 ice-cream potong and Reyyee only managed to pick up the droplets of the rest 1/2 piece. I was on a look-out for you but didn't spot you. Was going around asking all the lab owners their kid's name. I thought I got you when I spotted this cream white, elegant lab that goes by the name of Ugo. His owner is a sweet pretty girl. Once everybody got tired of socialising, we all group up and sat at one shady spot, Natasha and family, Tan and family and Helena's family (she owns a young GR and Dalmation, goes by the name of Amber-Mae in the forum). We left around 12.30pm. Hubby didn't do much yesterday. Just sitting around, babysitting the kids. Weather was unbelievably good...following a worrying shower on the morning side. The place was muddy but I doubt anybody mind or care. I didn't catch Marvin coz he said he's coming at 12pm onwards. Gotta leave coz hubby and kids were tired. I'm running on adrenaline coz excited and all. But nap all the way back to USJ coz I got up real early to catch the earliest yoga class. Would definitely be going again coz I think exposure good for kids. Healthy for us as well coz we dun do this type of outdoorish thingy that often.
Throughout, we received a lot of comments from other dog owners, mostly about Kookee. Yeah, most of them commented on her chubbiness and few did ask whether she's pregnant...I knew it, I juuuuussst knew it. Those who's not near or fast enough to comment would just stare at her in the ohhhhh-gawd-wide-eye way. By the way, Kookee is not lazy but bcoz of her weight and the heat of the day and the excitement, she tends to behave like a pig. Anyway, Claire missed out a lot here. Next round yeah.
Anyhoo, from the pix, Cleo is really on the perfectly proportionate side. The next pix you'll see Reyyee's head all wet. Kookee drools all over her but I think she just looked perfect. Btw, Kookee nick her tongue and bled out when hubby tries to quench her thirst by feeding her straight from this can drinks. The sponsors were giving out free Lipton Ice Lemon Tea. I was really pissed but after I cleaned Kookee up, she seemed to be fine, so hubby got off the hook.
