Dog to be given up for adoption	Can't Post

Hello everybody,

I am a newbie here and I am writing to find out besides SPCA, where else can I give up my dog for adoption? My dog is a family dog and not trained at all which is our fault yes, and now is becoming too uncontrollable for my parents to maintain. He is a mixed rottweiler with something and he attacks and eats cats and he is about 5 years old.
