Hi All,

I just signed up and hope to meet a whole bunch of new chums from this group. I own a two Silky Terriers and am hoping to learn more from the Silky lovers in the group Sly

Hi,

First, thanks to all for the warm welcome. I guess the intro was a bit short because I was in a rush. So here's more.

Me and my doggies live near SS2 Petaling Jaya but will soon be relocating to USJ. We need the space you see Sly

Jewel my female just celebrated her 10th month on the 20th of January. Eden, the male celebrated his 8th month on the 19th of January. So you see I'm new to silkies and have many questions about them. Thanks to these two my lifestyle has changed drastically. I now wake up at 5.30am, as Eden will start yapping to let me know that he needs to go out! In fact I haven't heard my alarm clock go off in quite some time because he beats to wake me every morning. Quite the silky form hell really, then again maybe he's just being a silky - energetic and ever ready to play. I probably forgive him a lot because he's follows me like a shadow and is ever so cute Sly

Jewel on the other hand is more quiet and calm, I bet she'd make a good mummy one day..hehe! Anyways, I guess I do ramble on, that's all for now take care y'all!

ps- can anyone recomend a vet in USJ.

There's a vet in Taipan, but heard that there's one in SS 18 which is quite good.

Hi All,

Thanks for the info about the vet in USJ 18. I might try him out since you say that he's friendly. At the moment I go to two vets one in SS2 and the other is in Taman Yulek,Cheras. The one in cheras is rather good and I go to him if there is anything really chronic. That's mainly because of the distance. Jewel skin problem on her ear that just didn't seem to respond anything - I tried two different vets. Unimpressed

Dr. Kaw was able to cure in in less than two weeks Sly
