Is not advisable to trim because when you trim it and it won't grow long. The point here is let the hair grow long and it won't the poke the eyes. If you take good care of the dog's coat it will always be soft no matter puppy or not.

Ur little Princess look so adorable...I also got 1 last week for my 2nd son b'day. he was overjoyed. Doggy is named Domino, abt 1 yr old. Maybe can doggy can b good frens huh?

Thanks kitconnie for the tips! Will remember that. Plan to tie her hair up so not to obstruct her vision. Am giving her cod liver oil and good amount of conditioner for a healthy coat!!!! Hehehe..man....she is really a princess .....

Thanks yst! Because they are from the same dam mah... what a coincidence! Esther prompted me to their birth date when I added coco's details to the shih tzu list. Then we found out they are from the same breeder....hehehe.....

oh i see....
PP is long coated, very naughty and always like to run here and there. Yesterday chasing him(just wanna make him run abit) and he just run very fast around the room until I also pengsan liao...

so cute!!!! maybe one day will get a long-coated chihuahua to accompany my coco... but i heard they tend to bark a lot.....somemore very pitchy bark..... true or not?

so many ppl telling me too before i got PP. In fact he doesn't bark too often, even the 1st week when I brought him back. I have to purposely make him bark... small size therefore need extra care. I always accidentally step on him bcoz he likes to follow behind me wherever I go in the room....
