hi.. i am not good in shih tsu.. but today i went to a petshop.. saw a small shih tsu...only 4 mths old.. and the guy tell me its a mini shih tsu... is it true there is a mini Shih Tsu? and he say this doggie will not grow up to the normal shih tsu size.... true?

Hey hey... all those people clam that they are mini but it is not loh... standrad weight for a shih tzu is between 4 to 6kg..... those so called mins are happen when people never breed properly... some genetic thing lah... now many people claming got mini chi hua hua so they give name 'teacup' chi hua hua, mini terrier lah, pocket dog lah..... all they say this just tome make people interested to buy... later the pup besar how? .... then got people want to make money by creating mix breeds and sell them with purebreed price.... Foo, you go Google or Yahoo and type peekapoo or labradoodle and search... you will be surprised so many people in US doing this..... so teruk lah...... so if you see or hear people say mini but you never hear before ah, don't believe them... all also stupid story... the size is determined by God wan... see lah genes is good then all pups will be normal size, if something is wrong, maybe one puppy will be small but the rest in the same family big... depends...

hahah i am thinking that too.. never hear of mini shih tzu... because 1 of my friends want to get a shih tsu for her sis. because her sis do help her female boss to take care of 2 shih tsu.. but they moved away.. no more in KL, so she is thinking to get one for her sis.... but she still think the normal shih tsu is abit big for her small apartment.. and that person say that is mini.. ah.... bad seller again.. this is the shop o told loh.. selling expired treats hahaha.. poor one.. don't dare to go any more lu...

hahahah because the problem is my friend is lazy to take care of a doggie and she don't really like long hair.. but her sis. like.. she just want to buy for her sis... she herself like beagle.. not no place... she say maybe later... apartment is good for my taro.. lazy pig hahah..

yes her sis love shih tsu... she take care of 2 shih tsu for few year (her boss doggie)....and the boss moved out from KL now. she miss the doggie so much... so my friend thinking to get one for her.. because the problem is...
her sis stay in another place...doggie not allow.. so she may need to keep the doggie at my friend place.. but her sis may come over to take care....
ohhhh u study there.. r u the one in the SCB forum ah? hehehe....
no lah her sis will love till die one... her ex boss ah... bully her alot.. but she still work there. just because of the 2 doggies... the boss never take care of the doggies one.. she do everything..
so i tell her make sure she can tahan then only buy loh...

yes shih tsu is small for us... ppl who know abit about doggie.. hahahah she don't know anything about doggie... she is looking someting like chihuahua.. i told her thats only chihuahua..and normally small toy breed will have long hair..
